Provence Platter
From Wine Barrel to Table
It arrives as a platter. It stays as a conversation.
200 years in the growing. 10 years in the drying. 4 years aging wine. Every Provence Platter begins as a retired barrel top, reclaimed from French and American oak that spent years aging fine wines in some of the world's most storied wine regions before it ever reached our workshop.
Each one is beautifully reconstructed by hand in our New York workshop, preserving the character of the original barrel while building a serving piece of real strength and beauty. Many retain authentic cooper's marks from respected barrel makers — François Frères, Seguin Moreau, Nadalie — along with the natural wine staining that tells the story of the barrel's first life. No two are exactly alike.
Finished with food-safe beeswax and fitted with our signature hand-forged iron handles, the Provence Platter is built for the table — and for everything that happens around it. Pair it with the Champagne Ice Bucket for a full tasting setup, or let it stand alone as the centerpiece of a cheese board, a holiday table, or a quiet Tuesday dinner that turns into something more.
Off the table, it holds its own: a sculptural catch-all for the console, a striking base for a single bloom, a piece that earns its place even when nothing's being served.
A platter built to outlast the gathering it was made for — designed for entertaining, gifting, and passing down for generations.
